1. The product

The Author's Forge is a self-hosted software service for writing, formatting, and preparing fiction ebooks ("Short Reads") for publication. Access is delivered as an online account created automatically after purchase through WarriorPlus.

2. License & accounts

Your purchase grants one personal, non-transferable account for your own publishing business. You may publish and sell an unlimited number of books you create with the service, under your own name or pen names. You may not share, resell, or lease your account, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to produce content that violates any marketplace's policies or applicable law.

3. AI-generated content

The service generates text and images using third-party AI models. You are the publisher of record for everything you export: you are responsible for reviewing content before publication and for completing any AI-content declarations required by the marketplaces you publish to (including Amazon KDP's AI disclosure). Output is provided "as is" and may require editing.

4. Credits & fair use

AI generation is metered by credits included with your purchase. Credits are a usage allowance, not a currency; they carry no cash value and are not redeemable. We may throttle patterns of use that degrade the service for others.

5. Refunds

Every purchase includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund by replying to your purchase receipt or emailing thuthao07082002@gmail.com. Refunds are processed through WarriorPlus; refunded purchases have their access revoked automatically. Subscription products can be cancelled at any time from your WarriorPlus account and you keep everything already delivered to your studio.

6. Uptime & changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may evolve; we will not remove a capability you paid for without a comparable replacement.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the performance of books you publish.
